By deciding to promote this affiliate program as our affiliate partner, you must abide and agree to the following:

Rule on search or contextual marketing: By promoting this affiliate program, you agree not to illegally tarnish another's brand or trademark in relation, direct or indirect, to promoting this affiliate program. Affiliates who willingly tarnish another company's brand will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, the advertising on another company or brand's keywords with the intent or appearance of potentially harming their brand or trademarks. An activity such as this is considered illegal.

You agree to accept full responsibility for any actions, direct or indirect related to your promotion of our affiliate program.

Affiliate partners who do not abide by these rules may risk having their payments withheld or cancelled via Payzeno.com's network and also risk their Payzeno accounts being cancelled.

Accurate representation in advertising

 

  • Must not use falsified consumer testimonials or postings. Only authentic testimonials from your own source or testimonials from this site may be used.
  • Must not use photos of celebrities or falsified endorsements (including, but not limited to, "as seen in" statements which are false).
  • Must not use fake blogs or fake news sites to promote content. Only blogs with legitimate content may be used.
  • Must not use of the word "FREE" on anything that is not completely free. "Free", 'Try it Free', 'Free Sample', etc. are not acceptable if the statement is not true in reality. However, you may claim our giveaway reports as being "free" because this is a true representation.
  • Must not have a "comments" section without a "reply" or "post" option.
